"Mike represented us when we were looking to buy a new home and sell our existing one. Ultimately we took our home off the market for reasons unrelated to his services. During the process, he was good about getting us into showings when we asked, and was very patient when we took our time looking at other homes during the showings.  As for our home, he took great pictures and the listing description was very good.  Our listing had a ton of activity (450 views in the first few days) and we got an offer on day 4 (likely thanks to a combo of a good price point with Mike's help, great pics, house completely clean/prepped/staged, and move-in ready prior to listing). He does everything online (paperwork, etc) and was available to answer questions over the phone or via text when we needed him.
